Peak District Weather - November 2010
Since November 2010 I've been posting a picture each morning of that the weather is like in Grindleford in the Peak District. I'm told it's pretty useful for those trying to decide whether to head out climbing, running, biking etc.
Very snowy indeed with lots more forecast. It doesn't actually feel that cold so everything is dripping, but tomorrow it's due for a big freeze.
Snowing. Looks like clearing up later though. Probably tough to find anywhere climbable mind... Heavy snow forecast tonight.
Snowy! It's here at last. Been jealously watching photos of it around the north of the country for the last few days. Perhaps not so great for climbing, but stunning all the same. A sunny...
Lovely at last. after more than a week in the mist the sun is back. Road is drying and the outlook is dry for the foreseeable future. Dipping below freezing tonight and there's talk of snow...
Pretty foggy and damp. Not much wind or sun forecast for the rest of the day so expect it to stay like this everywhere except perhaps on the very tops.
Dry with patchy blue sky, but with rain forecast for later this afternoon (and scoring a direct hit on bonfire night!). Roads are still damp and there is a light breeze.

Pretty good. Dry, and hasn't rained over night so the roads are pretty dry. Barely any wind. However there is rain forecast for this afternoon.
