Feedback & Testimonials

Heason Events is a firm believer in feedback. It helps Heason Events to give better service, and helps you decide on whether or not to do any business with Heason Events.

We always strive to collect some sort of feedback from all events organised in an attempt to learn where things went well and where they didn't. For example, during the thirty multimedia shows organised and attended during the winter of 2003 / 04 the audience members were given feedback forms to fill in at their leisure Over 500 forms were received, predominantly very encouraging.

There is plenty of feedback from individual events available here in the previous events section. Below is a selection:

From the perspective of someone working with Heason Events:

All went well and Dave's talk was very well received. Look forward to using your services again in the future, Cheers
Jim McKenna, Ochils Mountaineering Club, November '05

The talk went fine, thanks. Logistically everything went completely smoothly.
Tiree Dawson, Marketing Coordinator for Impact Development Training Group, October '05

Ian Parnell, after completing his 10 city tour in December '03:

  • I think we put together a very good package.
  • I think we raised the bar on lectures.
  • The digital approach, to my surprise, worked perfectly, the quality was much better than I thought and the technology opened up a lot of new possibilities
  • Your support: nice to have someone looking after the mailing, publicity, driving, intro's etc... you did a great job.
  • Publicity seemed to go over very well on the net and in mags

From the perspective of someone attending a Heason Events Event:

Just thought I would drop you a line about the film festival. I really enjoyed the second one last night as much as the first. It was worth the travel down to Sheffield for both nights, needless to say the bloody train was delayed last night, so I got into Leeds just before 1a.m. Anyway I look forward to seeing the next set of presentations and if they half as good as these then they will be brilliant.
Ken Findlay - April '05
